Information about the content

The concept of the course is similar to that of a classical business administration course. In addition to the predominantly economic education, the course of study is supplemented by technical subjects of the chosen technical specialisation. In the economic part of the course of studies you will be familiarized with the basics of business administration and economics in lectures, exercises and tutorials. This includes subjects such as financial reporting and marketing, business informatics and production management as well as micro and macro economics. Lectures on mathematics and statistics as well as civil and corporate law complement the curriculum. In integrative courses, you will have the opportunity to deal with current issues of business and technology ethics and to venture a look into the social sciences. In interactive courses you will also learn so-called soft skills: skills such as self and time management, presentation and moderation techniques. In the technical part, you can choose between mechanical engineering or process engineering or electrical engineering or computer science or civil engineering.

Key data on the course

In addition to the obligatory lectures, participation in a seminar is planned during the course of studies. After a standard period of study of six semesters, the course of study is concluded with a Bachelor's thesis in economics.
