Information about the content

In the economics part of the course, the fundamentals of business administration and economics are on the agenda. From financial reporting and marketing to production management and business informatics to micro- and macroeconomics, you will be familiarized with the theoretical aspects for your future professional practice in lectures, exercises and tutorials. Lectures on mathematics and statistics as well as civil and corporate law complement the curriculum. Integrative courses deal with current issues in business and technology ethics. And within the framework of interactive courses you will learn so-called soft skills: skills such as self and time management, presentation and moderation techniques. In the technical part of your studies, you will deal with the physical and technical fundamentals of environmental and process engineering in lectures on materials science, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer. On the other hand, you will gain an insight into apparatus engineering, process and plant engineering as well as mechanical process engineering and bioprocess engineering.
